Two Forces
The universe has two forces: Yin and Yang. When these forces are out of balance, our health can become suboptimal. Our culture is mostly yang, always moving, outward, high energy. Finding time to be yin can balance these forces and return us to optimal health.

Three Choices
With every decision and action you have three choices: Optimal, Suboptimal or Do Nothing. Optimal is lead by our one love and moves us toward our dreams. Suboptimal usually brings us some sort of short term gratification, but ultimately takes us away from our dream. Do-Nothing/Apathy is the opposite of love-(not hate or anger) and keeps us the same.

Four Doctors
The 4 Doctors are Based off of Paul Chek’s philosophy in the book ‘How to Eat, Move and be Healthy’.
01 — Dr. Diet
You will understand your metabolic type, how to cycle sync, and how to use muscle testing to decide which foods are best for your unique body. You will learn how to intuitively eat and deeply know your correct portion sizes and food choices for your body in order to heal any dis-ease you live with. We are as unique inside as we are outside. No one ‘plan’ has the answer. You have the answers in your body.
02 —Dr. Movement
Movement in tune to the cycles of your body allows you to have more energy throughout the month. We will work together to help achieve your dream of moving in a way you see as optimal. You will get an individual movement program that suits your individual body’s needs, based off of the principals of kinesiology and metaphysics.
03 — Dr. Quiet
We tap into the ways in which we can optimize your sleep, create spaces in your day for introspection, meditation, or yin activities. We learn about circadian and infradian rhythms that make your flow. You learn how to balance your yin and yang energies in the realms of your social life, diet, sleep cycles, family, and with yourself. You create a deeper connection with your own soul to make decisions-rather than relying on cultural programming.
04 — Dr. Happy
Together we bring awareness to your inner protectors, thought patterns, stories and beliefs that are deeply embodied in your subconscious-manifesting themselves in the physical as dis-ease. We ask the questions: What makes you happy? & How do we create happiness every day in your life? We focus on your one love-your dream-and your connection with the divine to help you live out your deepest longing.
