A PMDD Episode & Epiphany in JFK

I was trying to hide my PMDD here in this photo. I was in Hierve el Agua, Oaxaca traveling with my partner. This was before I knew what PMDD was. Before I took that epiphanic flight from JFK. This photo was the first of many hormone related-incessant crying-want to jump over that ledge there-PMDD experiences.
